People should be more like me I never want to talk to devs/writers/creators/etc, I do not want to hear anything they have to say outside of the source material. I would rather chew glass than ask them a question.
Man I just hate the way fandom makes me feel sometimes. I hate being made to feel like I have to apologize for liking what I like and seeing things the way I see them.
Sometimes I wonder if the whole "he would not fucking say that" thing has discouraged a lot of people from writing at all.
It genuinely bothers me how apathetic people in my life are towards gen AI, especially when I list my reasons, and I am clearly passionate about it.
What am I supposed to say when they shrug and say, "yeah, but we use a lot of things that harm the environment, that's just modern living,"???
Anyone feel like. You’ve got this WIP but there’s a crescendo to it. You’re sharing snippets you’re talking about it, and people seem into it. But then. You can’t write fast enough, it’s nowhere near ready, and by the time you’re ready to share the damn thing everyone will have forgotten about it.
Guys if I started sharing WIPs of a fic for a piece of media you've never heard of, would you still compliment me purely based on its own merit and because you love me?
Was out with friends last week and we were talking about romantasy and the weird fixation with enemies to lovers. I submitted that these writers are still chasing the high zutara gave them but they still can't figure out why people liked it. Friend asked what zutara was. So anyway I'm going to kill myself.
