Real Bread Week 2018
What a difference a year makes! This time last year our sourdough was definitely more tentative with mixed results, twelve months later and we are making sourdough bagels and loaves daily in the cafe! We’ve tried out some sourdough cakes, cinnamon buns, kolache and all sorts of added extras in our loaves.
With a new menu on the way we’re looking forward to trying out new flavours and incarnations...there are some sourdough hot cross kolache that we have lined up for Easter
