Ingredients: 2 cups stale bread cubes. 1/2 cup raisins. 1/2 cup caramel chips. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the stale bread cubes, raisins, and caramel chips in a bowl and mix them together. Add the egg, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, milk, and a pinch of salt to a different bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together. Pour the wet mixture over the bread mixture and mix it all together by gently tossing it. Allow the bread to soak up the liquid for about 10 minutes after adding the other ingredients. Place cookie-sized balls of the mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Make sure there are some space between each ball. The cookies should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and set. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. As a sweet treat, enjoy these tasty caramel raisin bread pudding cookies!
