Egg and hash brown quesadilla 👩🏾‍🍳✨

This morning I had a pressed halloumi sandwich. I spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread, sprinkled it with za'atar and dried mint. Grilled the halloumi, put it on, drizzled some honey and olive oil, added sun-dried tomatoes, then to the sandwich press.

Avocado egg salad, fresh strawberry milk; french toast + nectarine 🌼

Made a shakshuka adjacent dish. Cooked the egg in tomato sauce that I mixed some leftover ful with.
