Start your day with a Bundt cake that is made with meat instead of sugar. What a great savory breakfast treat! This Breakfast Bundt Cake is full of diced ham, cheddar cheese, and green onions. It's great for brunch or any time in the morning when you want something hearty and filling.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup sugar. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 1/2 cup milk. 4 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup diced ham. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Pour the batter into the greased Bundt cake pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and serve your delicious Breakfast Bundt Cake!
