The best English muffins hail from @modelbakery in Sonoma Country. They’re big and fluffy, dusted with cornmeal and griddle fried in clarified butter! They make the best breakfast sandwiches too. This one has with scrambled eggs, @tillamook sharp cheddar, @kiolbassasmokedmeats maple breakfast link and @traderjoes bomba sauce. So good!👌 I called the Napa bakery but they were sold out by midday. I drove an extra 45 minutes out of the way (from Sonoma) to pick them up at their St. Helena bakery. In fact I ended up buying 3 packs of 6 ($14 each) to share with friends. Pro tip: Preorder as they tend to sell out. You can also find them at some North Bay Whole Foods Markets.
