Russia, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, VOTED FOR a resolution for a 30 day Syria-wide ceasefire. Look what is still happening.  5 hour daily truce is NOT what UNSC voted for.  Children are dying. Call the Russian Embassy 1 202 298 5700 and express your outrage.
