Congrats, it’s a 47,000 Acre Wildfire! This Gender Reveal Disaster Cake commemorates a 2017 gender-reveal disaster. From the CNN article in the third slide: “The expectant dad, 37, had packed the target with a highly explosive substance called Tannerite and shot it with a high-powered rifle....The target was supposed to burst pink or blue to reveal to attendees whether Dickey and his wife were expecting a boy or a girl.” And immediately started a brushfire that burned down 47,000 acres. Congrats, your baby’s gender is FIRE! 🔥 There are not one, but two cakes: the first cake is a gluten-free vegan spicy chocolate cake adapted from @minimalistbaker’s Gluten-Free Birthday Cake (Vegan) with Coconut Cream frosting. The second is a spicy version of @sprinklebakes Chocolate Cake (from the book Sprinklebakes) with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
