Why do we still have so many Prefix for addressing a woman? Why categorise ourselves based on our age and marital status, when men are just "Mr" whenever? fyi Use "Miss" when addressing young girls and women under 30 that are unmarried. Use "Ms." when you are unsure of a woman's marital status, if she is unmarried or over 30 or if she prefers being addressed with a marital-status neutral title. Can be used for all women. Use "Mrs." when addressing married women, normally using their husband's surname. Use "Mdm" when addressing married women using their own surname.
