in some strange way i truly believe levi would be in amazing father figure to have. i mean, we partially already see that through his bond with eren, but aside from that i mean he genuinely is just… good at taking care of people. sure, he does it in his own aloof way, but i feel like that’s what makes it even better.

he pretends he doesn’t care but secretly he does; slyly checking if you’ve ate, making sure you’re taking care of yourself and ensuring you don’t overwork yourself. he tries to be subtle about it — but sometimes the paternal energy just radiates off of him.

“that’s enough training, get some rest for the mission.” passing it off as him just making sure his squad doesn’t fuck up a mission, but secretly he wants you to be okay.

of course, he’ll never change his ways — he’ll always be aloof and awkward emotionally; but he tries his best, and that’s what really matters.
