List of things to do to get over a break up
Part 1
First of all its cliche but wallow and watch sad movies as much as you want but not more than 2 weeks. (I know your like how can I control my emotions blah blah ,well you can cause it’s not the end of the world.so move your lazy ass and start doing the things below ) Since you been wallowing for two weeks or so your rooms probably a mess. Get a vacuum and start cleaning.After your done cleaning Go take a warm bath or shower and cry it out or sing aloud which ever makes you feel better. Than Light up a candle and play some soothing music.start massaging yourself with some lavender oil or eucalyptus oil.it will calm you done .slip into your pj’s and lay down on your bed.Get a good night sleep.
