Nope, that's not an app to decipher your crush's text (@hetexted to the rescue!), but a roadside test to nail down multitasking drivers! 🚗📱Despite strict hands-free driving laws, texting & driving is an exponentially rising concern, linked to an 8% increase in road fatalities in 2015 alone! On a mission to tackle this issue, New York State has proposed a bill to equip police officers with a device called the #Textalyzer that can track the past cell phone activity of those involved in an accident. (Basically, the digital equivalent of the #Breathalizer!) Addicted as we are to our phones, we happen to think this is an excellent plan - as well as a great incentive to re-instill the fleeting art of FOCUS!
