Its getting cold out there! Here is a simple breathing drill thay can help you to maintain a normal body temperature while you are outside: #Repost @powerspeedendurance with @repostapp ・・・ #Repost @preparetoperform ・・・ As the cold weather approached us in the northern hemisphere try not to greet it with apprehension, avoidance, and disdain. Instead, know that some exposure to this powerful force of Nature is good for us. Try this on the next chilly day: For 2-3 minutes take a deep breath in and let it out. Keep the breath moving quickly. Then hold for 20-30 sec after the exhale. Perform this 3x. After your third exhale hold your breath for as long as you comfortably can. Then wearing one layer less than comfortable go stand outside and feel the cold air for 2-3 minutes. Keep the breathing going. Don't let yourself go into a pinball state of mind.
