And because preaching is not enough, #hardwork is always another challenge. Sometimes @by_ronin is there to capture it when even himself is #breathinghard. This is exactly before I talked to the kids about what it means to enjoy a #healthylifestyle. And I know this picture shows a body in #gym but the #mindstruggle is real and that's another challenge for a #healthymind. One of the thousands of techniques that (maybe) work. Go #experiment and see what works for you! Never stop! Cause the day you stop is the day you will die before it's time! Feels like me.
