Bree Ramirez (AKA Tech Gremlin) is a 32 year old IT specialist and inventor with the GDA whose late uncle was a former GDA employed hero by the name of Travis Ramirez (or Tech Wizard). After Travis died in the line of duty, Bree began to isolate and focus on her work to a possibly unhealthy degree, keeping odd hours and a concerning addiction to caffeine.

During daylight hours Bree is generally put together, quiet and helpful.

At night she is a bit more chaotic, working on her more… unconventional inventions and raiding the vending machines. She enjoys modifying and weaponizing retro toys and tech in her spare time.

She specializes in remote combat using drones and robots, hacking and signal interference, and remote mapping and guidance. She has a workshop within the GDA where she builds and tests weapons and gear she designs for the organization.

Cecil looks out for her, frequently reminding her to sleep and that three redbulls do not count as a meal.
