also yay! best way to find more confidence in your self is to list things you like/positive things about yourself! you are talented and ridiculously kind and generous and very hardworking and also very loyal and a cutie patootie. for example

ugh i get so STRESSED though when i list positive things about myself because my brain's like "is thIS BRAGGING?! OR CONFIDENCE I CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE" AND I DONT WANNA BE AN ASSHOLE! but uhhh thank you for the compliments hhhhhhhhhhhh   o/////o
