North Peak Brewing Company - Archangel - Cherry Wheat American Pale Ale

The aroma of this beer is strongly of wheat and mildly of cherry, although the wheat almost obscures it. The flavors emerge as a smooth, clean malt, followed by a mild earthy bitterness from the hops and a pleasant back-end of wheat. A very light and drinkable ale, this beer is excellent for enjoying on a hot summer day.

Dark Horse Brewery’s Toonilla Cream Stout

The aroma of this stout is heavy with dark roast coffee and dark chocolate. The foremost flavors are of cream and malt, followed by a smooth, mild bitterness and boldness from the coffee and chocolate, all finished with a light vanilla to accompany the lingering flavor of the coffee.

Arcadia Ales' Porter Rico Ale Brewed With Coconut

When opening this ale, a strong aroma of coconut hits the senses, followed by a hint of roast coffee, leading one to believe that the coconut might be the foremost flavor in this beer, however, it is not. With a very smooth and drinkable body to it, the main flavors in this ale are a mild bitterness from the hops, followed by strong, roast coffee, and finished with a subtle aftertaste of coconut. When paired with a light dish, such as fish, however, the coconut comes through as a great accenting flavor and finish.
