Arbor Brewing’s Mr. Delicious Double India Pale Ale

The aroma of this beer is an orange and leafy bitterness from the hops and a mild hint of sugar. The flavors of this beer begin with sugary malts, mild accents of orange, and rich, roasty bitterness from the hops. Silky smooth and very drinkable, this is a wonderful DIPA that is not too heavy or rich in flavor or body.

Pairing: Flank steak, zucchini and tomato sauce, and garlic-herb fettuccine noodles

Arbor Brewing Co. Sacred Cow IPA Review

Tonight I enjoyed a ‘Sacred Cow IPA’ around a campfire in the backyard with my boyfriend. The beer matched perfectly with the whole scenario. It was a delicious IPA and it definitely tasted like one too. Hoppy, a little bitter, but it also had a certain subtle sweetness to it that made it crisp and fresh.
