Put the aluminum foils up to seal the ceiling, but as my wife tells me: why don’t you ask a professional beforehand... did not work out as nice as I imagined. Gottaseal the gaps by either screwing much more frequent or cover all the seams with aluminum tape. Wich is I think what i will do.
