At last, our “February” Brew Day, albeit a few days late. We’ve been battered by snow and ice all month long, and finally it’s starting to turn in our favor. Look forward to another brew day later this month to make up for the delay.
Here you have a Heidelberg and Mosaic SMaSH ale. It’s currently fermenting with BRY-97 West Coast Ale yeast.
Also brewed were a Molasses-Taki Floor Kill Belgian Strong Amber Ale, and a Porter. Huzzah!
