January brew day is in the bag!! I’m a little late getting around to posting this, I had a backlog of other photos to deal with... but here goes!
Jordinator knocked out a “Floor Kill Brown” with entirely Belgian Aromatic for the base malt, plus “a bunch of other stuff” and EKG hops. JD whooshed together an Irish Red Ale, and I cranked out a good, simple Dry Stout. All three got the royal treatment with Scottish Ale Yeast.
