…and there was me thinking you’d forgotten, thanks for the kind words Lee, not bad for my first Saison and only second attempt at a fruit beer. Some flaws in the fruit / spicing choices, as you said Raspberry hands down winner, would love to have seen how that tartness what have developed - oh well!

Hopefully one of the next couple of brews will be another Saison (maybe with fruit) using Whitelabs “American Farmhouse Ale Yeast” which I believe has a small about of Brett in it, could be fun…
