Warmed 2 pounds of honey and added it to my Saison at high krausen. My temperature controller picked up the slight change in temperature and kicked the chest freezer on to correct for the temperature difference. Ramping fermentation up to the 80s on this one. Got new temperature probes installed for the #brewpi temperature controller. During the fermentation of my last batch the beer probe failed, so I changed over to regulating the chamber temperature.
