Aerith & Renly || Unusual Encounter

Renly was mounted on his steed before approaching upon what seemed to be a run-down, damaged building. It’s been days of travel before finding any infrastructure so the sight granted some relief. ‘I wonder if anyone would be in there--commoners maybe.’ The male thought to himself, worried about the lack of progress of being anywhere near civilization. Unfamiliar with the area and with an adventurous sense of curiosity, the Baratheon dismounts and approaches inside--being mindful of his long sword attached to the waist should there be an ambush.

Scanning the room carefully as he advances forward, he notices a humanoid silhouette figure projected onto the walls. Renly approaches closer whilst assuming a cautious stance and began to call out to the shadows.

“You there.” He called, his voice ricocheting off the pillars which caused a slight echo. “Are you a person? Or are the Gods teasing at my expense?” The Baratheon refuses to continue any further and awaits for what’s to come.
