As the U.S. government plans to send its most advanced surface-to-air missile system to Ukraine, the Ukrainian people are falling further and further into dire poverty and horrendous conditions. Rather than promoting peace and advocating for negotiations, the United States, European Union, and NATO are publicly discussing escalating the war, while the IMF, World Bank, and corporate interests speculate on how much profit they can make in rebuilding Ukraine and bringing the country away from Russia and into the Western fold. Brian is joined by Ben Norton, an investigative journalist based in Latin America, and editor of the independent news website Multipolarista, at multipolarista.com.
The European powers know that the US is beating the drums of war in order to get them to spend more of their money on military equipment, much of which will be purchased from the US. And it is very easy for American officials to talk tough against Russia. But Europe knows all too well, the dangers of real war, the danger of WWI and WWII which is 70 years over this year. They don’t take lightly to the fact that the Pentagon is playing with fire. And of course it will be the European people who will be on the frontlines, not Americans.

The struggle of not popular ships.
It's not even just unpopular I think I'm the only one who ships them.
I tried everything but there is no clue of anyone else out there.

Am I alone with my strange devotion to Toby/Becker?
For Michelle, it's obviously a disappointment that she didn't get the chief job. I think she does understand why. It's not a huge surprise to her. And quite honestly, I think it would have been too much for her. Becker is so very different from Klein. He has such a different way of dealing with the team. He's much rougher. It's fun. It keeps a certain tension that we didn't have in the IIB before, that we're going to see throughout the season
