One of the fast track events of Mister World 2019 is the top model challenge. On August 21, 2019, the 72 candidates of the international male beauty pageant walked the runway wearing Barong Tagalog during the charity gala night at the Monet Ballroom of Novotel Manila Araneta Center in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

From 25 semifinalists, five were chosen as the finalists. From the five finalists, one will be named Mr. World 2019 Top Model and will automatically be included in the Top 12 during the coronation night on August 23, 2019 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

Two special awards were also given during the charity gala night. Here is the complete list of semifinalists, finalists and winners of the top model challenge:
