Band a Day: The Live Backtrack
Nope 'the live backtrack' is not a band name, it means these next few bands are folks I got to hear live! I was out traveling with Surly Dylan Suttles the past few days, and got to play some really awesome shows! So sit back and take a listen to some of these bands (you can pretend you traveled too...) Friday June 21st we played Pittsburgh with: Average Joey - Pittsburgh, PA Austin Miller - Orlando, FL and also Megan Vanek (whom I can't find music links for...but she was awesome!) Although he didn't get to play a solo set, I was able to hear his fantastic voice (and of course looked up the solo stuff later)... Matthew Fowler - Orlando, FL Then we moved on to Bloomsburg, PA: I had heard his music before but never live... Chris Decker Orchestra - Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA And... Mother Nevada - Fairfield, NJ Of course my good friends Condition Oakland also played! The final show was in Middletown, NY: Brian Milligram - Rockland County, NY Jason DeLima - Middletown, NY and former traveling buddy...the one and only... Jenna DQ - New Milford, NJ
