A/N: I don’t wear makeup a lot, so I can’t relate entirely, but I know people who will literally never leave the house without their makeup done so I tried my best! Tell me how it turned out! Sorry for not posting this sooner, tumblr hasn’t been cooperating and I had some personal things to take care of before I could go on writing. Enjoy!

Might tease you at first to be honest, but he doesn’t mean it maliciously. Like he just thought it was funny that you were so embarrassed to be out without makeup after he up and dragged you to the convenience store at 1am, like no one was going to see you so???? But if you kept complaining he might like pull the draw strings of the hoodie you were hiding yourself in. Though, if he saw that you were really affected by him and others seeing you without that blanket of security, he would immediately go into HYPE mode. Like never-ending complements until you guys got back to the apartment
*walking away from you fast, teasing* “I can’t be seen with someone so ugly, it’s a blow to my stardom.” *letting you catch up* “I’m kidding, I’m kidding, you look beautiful with or without makeup.”
He honestly wouldn’t understand why you were so embarrassed after opening the door without makeup on. He’s the type to want to be comfortable in his skin, and he would want the same for his s/o. Plus he knows how much of a bitch it is to take off makeup and the relief that comes after it, so like, he just doesn’t understand why someone would be embarrassed over it. If you took the time to explain to him that you rarely go without makeup, and that it was a first for you to show off your natural skin, he would start to see the level of insecurity it would bring, but he definitely wouldn’t hesitate to cheer you up by like showing you photos of his acne prone teenage days or be (semi)willingly do a mask with you.
“But you look radiant? I didn’t even notice the lack of makeup.”
He might be the one who lowkey understands the insecurity that comes with shedding that outer exterior you spend putting on. Everything is about appearances, right? But other than that, he would just want you to be able to be comfortable around him, so seeing you embarrassed might hurt his feelings just a little bit. And it’s not because you are embarrassed without makeup, more so the whole aspect of “They are my s/o but they are embarrassed to show themselves in their natural beauty.” kinda way. Another one who would try to hype you up but also the one to do something to cheer you up (like Sungjin).
*pulling your hands away from your face “If anything, you look even more stunning without all that foundation to hide your marks and freckles. Added bonus, I can actually tell when I make you blush now.”
Another one who would love to tease you, but instead of teasing you for being embarrassed it would go something along the lines of “Aigoo, I can’t believe I finally get to see my s/o without their makeup, it’s been so long!” or “Thank god your finally letting your skin breathe, it was suffocating under the makeup all this time.” Also the only one to complain that you hadn’t shown yourself without makeup before this moment. Definitely upset that only happened because he barged into your apartment at 10pm without warning. Other than that, he just wants to remind you that you don’t need makeup to be beautiful to him.
*cheesily puts No Makeup by Zion T on in the BG* *singing along* “You obviously don’t know how bright you skin glows when you wash off the makeup.”

Like of course your confidence is important, and if you find that in makeup then he is all for it. But he didn’t focus on what you face looked like when he asked you out for the first time, so he surely isn’t going to focus on what your face looks like when you are answering the door at 6 am so he can go work out with you. He loves you for who you are, not what you look like. Simple as that. He’ll say it too.
“If you want the truth, I didn’t even notice until you said something… wait is that a pimple?” *you slap him* “I’m joking, I’m joking” *laughs, surrendering with hands raised*
