Elliot: pov while in the bathroom at the oc headquarters I hear someone say can you believe it Elliot Stabler Is dead, the other detective says no I can't imagine how Captain Benson is taking the news they were partners for 13 years back in the day, the first detective says I heard there was an ambulance out front of the 16th precinct today. The second detective said, isn't that the precinct SVU is at. The first detective says yes, I heard the captain fainted when she heard the news.

Fin: pov a while later Liv asks if I can call Ayanna and see if Elliot's kids and mom are okay this must be hard on them losing both parents so soon.

Ayanna: pov I hear Elliot running from the bathroom shouting get the keys it's Liv. I ask what happened in that bathroom and is she okay? He said no. I'm still so mad that we could not tell Liv he was alive beforehand. My phone starts ringing its Fin, i tell Elliot hold on my phone is ringing might be important oh sh*t why is Fin calling me. Is he trying to get a hold of Elliot this way?

Fin: pov I call Ayanna, and tell her Liv asked me to call you. She wanted to know if Elliot's kids were okay and how they were handling the news of his death. Liv would have called herself but she didn't take the news too well. I'm in the Er with her. She fainted when she heard the news and has, a bad concussion. As soon as I said that I heard Elliot in the background ask who it is on the phone we need to Leave, she said Fin. All of a sudden all of my anger towards Elliot comes out and without even realizing it i'm yelling at him You f*cking a** hole, you couldn't even tell us in advance. You piece of sh*t do you even know what you caused you selfish a** hole fu*k you. All of a sudden from behind me I hear Liv say lower your volume Fin it's bothering my head and I give you permission to chew him out, I feel so guilty now. I know Elliot and Ayanna heard her. I go into the corner of the room to continue my rant at Elliot. From behind me I hear Liv say I have to pee Fin. I have no idea what to do. She is attached to all these monitors and I'm on the phone. I tell Ayanna I have to go. Liv has to go to the bathroom. Let me get one of her nurses. She says, text me which hospital you are at.

Amanda: pov Fin texts me that son of a bit*h, was alive this whole time. I text who?

He text back Elliot that Jack a**. He says Liv should be good in a few days, Brian is coming by later to visit and will be helping him with taking care of Liv. Fin told me this is between us but Elliot had to fake his own death that's all I can say.

Muncy: pov wow that is a really nasty thing to do could he not tell her in advance, save her all this trauma.

Cragen: pov I get a call from Fin by the tone in his voice I can tell it's bad and urgent he says Elliot faked his own death and did not tell him or Liv beforehand so now I'm spending the night in the ER with Liv because she fainted and has a concussion. Fin says can I call you tomorrow, I say sure.

Munch: pov Fin is calling me, must be important, he tells me everything that happened I tell him I will try to make it tomorrow to visit her.

Liv: pov one of my nurses comes in and whispers something to Fin. He says Brian is here which is a perfect time for Fin to get something to eat for us. Since we did not eat lunch. Brian has a small conversation with Fin who then goes to find us some food. How nice Bri brought me a stuffed animal and a blanket. He is helping me drink some water. He was warned by Fin I might throw it back up. Which I did, a nurse comes in to clean up the mess I just made. Thankfully the blanket and bear were spared from the barf.

Ayanna: pov I can tell Elliot feels very guilty. Fin is nice enough to text me which hospital they are at. In the car on the ride there Elliot seems upset. In the hospital I ask the front desk lady which room Olivia Benson is in and says she can't give out that info. I ask if she knows what her condition is and she says I can't tell you that info only next of kin or her emergency contact/medical proxy can. Elliot says she has no next of kin. The nurse says yes, her son counts as next of kin. and since you're not on the list of approved people you will have to ask Fin if you can visit her. She says I have to ask at the nurse station.

Elliot: pov I tell her I'm Elliot Stabler, Olivia Benson's former partner. She says very rudely if you had not ghosted her for ten years you would be on the list. She says sorry I can't tell you anything only Fin can and he is busy getting food for him and Liv, but if you want to wait he should be back soon.

Ayanna: pov Elliot is getting very frustrated and angry with this lady. I tell him to calm down and let's wait for Fin.

Elliot: pov I notice Fin walking by with food in his hand. I told him the front desk lady wouldn't tell us her room number or tell us anything about her condition and she was very rude to me.

Fin: pov I say since everything with Lewis and her PTSD they had to change who is allowed in her room to only approved people. To be continued. ……
