Y’all. I did it! Cheesy grin and all. I have been feeling myself sliding backwards and reverting back to agoraphobia tendencies. I hadn’t left the house in a long time. I hadn’t gone to the store in over a month. My husband is always willing to go, but last night I realized that it was getting ridiculous. I needed to get out and face the fear and realize that I would be okay. And guess what. I did it! And I survived! And I didn’t have a panic attack!
