I finally finished my newest #freehand #drawing tonight. I’ll be scanning this in later for a better view. I drew this with #sharpie , #archivalink and #carandache color pencils. This is one of my #freehand #oneshot #ballpointpen #drawings I made in 2004. This is one of the few pieces I did not name. I like to draw with pen only a lot, but sadly the color fades over time. This is why if I ever try to sell one of these pieces it is better as a reproduction on better paper with high quality print ink. Those would last longer than my original. Kind of frustrating. I think I may have also hidden my wife’s name in this piece. I recently happened upon two old photos from my #wedding . It has been over 16 years since I've been #married to my best buddy Jill, and I couldn't be happier. For me, to find a woman who likes horror movies, video games, heavy metal, Halloween, likes out of the ordinary stuff, has a great sense of humor, and likes to explore offbeat locations was like winning the lottery. Not to mention I think she looks incredible and is an unbelievable cook. She is also the most caring mother to our two sons.
