Triumphal Arc of Brichester

Hello simmers, I thought it would be nice to have a monumental square in the game. As the most square looking lot was Brichester Library I removed it for this triumphal arc and created a square.

Lot functions as a cafe. The little temple looking buildings are cafe and a public toilets. There are places for parking your bikes and for street painters and musicians. It’s a nice place for your sims to walk around and take pictures and etc.

I also added a smaller version of the Arc as a room in case you'd like to place in some lots or anywhere

i originally built this house with the intention of using it for aptch, but later realised it wasn’t going to be until much later in the story when this would have been used. by that time i most likely would have gotten tired of the lot and decide not to use it anyway. oop. so now it’s y’all’s.

lot information: location: 50 x 40 laurel library lot in brichester lot type: university housing floor plan: slightly fucked, but you got hella space unfurnished
