final word on prints
okay subtitles bad- lets try a professional narration when we rework it. Final shot real good - machine well choreographed. Not an awful much to tweak but will be fun testing for the best narration ( by me or computer voice?)
Publication
I mean we didn get many updates from the other team cuz both sides were pretty busy but i felt that not having too much communication was good so that our outcome could take more different forms. They made an interactive brickwall with everyones prints! really cool.
PRESENTATION TIME
Ellie and I in charge of film.. cool coool -restrung the printer - made sure all 4 of us knew where to move and boom filming time - clean cuts closeups bam a clean how to guide to print yourself a brick wall. easy in theory but actually getting the right shots took longer than i thought. but hey we were sooo much more organised with our movement. \\oh boy and setting up outside in the windy coldness was absolutely awful.
we definitely rushed the edits so the language on top felt clunky and out of place but we had to at least get the idea across... Hey at least im satisfied with the close up shots.
the paints
started a bit rough with the paint situation... looked too much like dirt than brick colour... plus we had actual dirt in it. We mixed the right colours and hey whaddya know, the paint IS enough to create a decent scraped effect. so much for my bucket of soil.
