Wow. I love Pinterest, but... I just got a new wedding mag in the mail (btw, NEVER pay for these. idk how, but once my info + "engaged" got out to advertisers a few years ago, they just started sending them.) Sure, it saaays "Bridal" Guide, so everything is addressing the woman and talking about "your new husband" but after a brief flip through, I've got dresses in my eyes like sunspots and I'm dizzy wondering what guy wedding magazines exist. This is nothing but a shopping list. A bimonthly, 200 page, shopping list with pictures. Pinterest is full of: do this, make this, ask this, borrow this, reuse this, upcycle this, don't worry about this, combine this. This magazine? Buy this, buy this, buy this, buy this, buy this, buy this. Ugh. I've been right to be chucking these immediately.
