favorite moments from the bridges concert?

I would like to talk about this every day for the rest of my life, so thank you very much for asking 💖 basically every moment (well, maybe not the bud songs, which I mostly spent looking at kelli) was my favorite, but a brief list:

when kelli came out in that brown wig (I didn't know there was a wig ahead of time, and it really just blew my mind lol)

perfect to build a home. genuinely perfect. this is possibly my favorite song ever (to the point where I have considered a tattoo). I've heard kelli sing it live before, but the full orchestra + the fact that it wasn't during a 3-concert run.... transcendent. luminous. etc. there are not words to describe how I feel about her singing this song.

another life was wonderful. whitney bashor seemed almost surprised by how much people love that song/performance but it's just so good. I think basically everyone sounded better here than they did on the cast recording, which was very cool

paul alexander nolan is too pretty for this part but he sounds much better than hunter foster and I liked hearing an upgraded version of those songs

when steve forget one of his lines and it was very funny

one second and a million miles, obviously. a guy next to me took a photo during this (which i would not have done but i was very glad he did & was willing to share it with me)

when the phone didn't ring and Kelli waited for a second and then said 'phone rings!' without the francesca accent lol

perfect almost real. that song is everything

I loved hearing he forgave me (glad they cut it & it doesn't really make sense in the show, but still very fun and i like whitney bashor getting a second number)

it all fades away

the costume change into the red dress (no longer going in order but i was again mind-blown)

I talked to philippa soo & steve pasquale's mom in the bathroom line (about the bathroom. did not know it was his mom at the time)

did they really need to be doing all that making out for a concert... no. but I'm so glad they did <3

I have never found steve pasquale attractive EXCEPT when he was in bridges and... he was hot again for this one night

yeah, they just have the most beautiful, rich voices ever and I love them

rewatching the bridges reunion zoom <3 so much incredibly funny stuff in here

every person involved with the musical thinks the book is absolutely dreadful

jrb says so much unhinged stuff in this and the reactions from the cast (especially kelli & caitlin) are hilarious

my favorite is when he goes 'steve wasn't going to do the show because he had gotten a terrible, terrible tv show' and everyone just goes 😲 and then he continues 'luckily, everyone recognized his tv show to be just as bad as it actually was'

when they talk about the audiobook and caitlin goes 'i'm so glad you brought this up' and jrb goes 'i've never been so happy in my life'

'then it closed and i was happy' (again, kelli & caitlin's reactions)

'well, guess what? we did get that moooo cut.'

'if i raise my eyebrows enough, i bet the note will get there'

'every single time they show that clip... and then i come in with 'and a miLLiOnnnnn mi-iles to goooOOO''

'what [steve's it all fades away] does is it makes other people want to kill it too, and rarely do they ever even touch him. but i have heard it sung so many times, from sutton foster to [then kelli forgets who jennifer nettles is & says she sang it in miscast the other year]. she killed it, but you know, it's no steve pasquale.'

Robert Kincaid is kind of the most relatable musical theatre character of all time, in that he meets Kelli O’Hara one time for like two days and then falls so deeply in love with her that he thinks about her until the day he dies
