I've taken to calling it Aragog, but I'm not Hagrid. So, if it ever comes out of wherever it is hiding I'm going to use that expert advice (read: best advice ever) ;-)

Before Spektrum they did "rehearsal concerts" in Drammen Feb 25th and in Spektrum Feb 27th, if you want to count those. Between Spektrum and Bergen they only did one EJT concert as far as I remember; at the Rød Snø festival in Mo i Rana on March 8th.

They're the same. When you have a feminine noun (like klokke) you can choose between using the feminine -a ending (ei klokke - klokka) and the masculine -en ending (en klokke - klokken). They're equals, and what people use depends on their dialect :)
That exactly what I wanted to know, thanks! Would it be too much to ask which dialects use klokka and klokken? Just curious.
