The family has been spending a lot of time together lately, which is wonderful, but Luciano and Brielle haven't gotten to spend as much romantic time together as they would like. Luciano decides to ask Heath and Craig to keep an eye on the girls for a night so he can take Brielle on a date night to a bar in Brindleton Bay.
Brielle is surprised and delighted. They sit at a picnic table outside, flirting back and forth. Brielle feels almost giddy, like it's their first date all over again. Not for the first time, Brielle reflects on how lucky she is and how loved she is by Luciano.
As they stand up to leave, Brielle thinks she hears a cat meowing somewhere. She stops Luciano, peering around the corner of the building where she thought she heard the sound coming from. Sure enough, there is an adorable white and orange cat!
Brielle approaches the cat slowly. The cat seems a little wary at first, but ultimately allows Brielle to pet it. Brielle is able to coax the cat inside the bar with some treats. The bar owners say the cat has been hanging around the bar for weeks, and though it loves to eat leftover food, it's never let anyone approach it.
It's a sign, Brielle tells Luciano. We have to adopt her. Of course, he agrees to whatever will make his wife happy.
