Out of the 3, she's the only one I can still sort of tolerate when it comes to this (though she's as guilty as the other when it comes to that civil war storyline). Grief can make you be stupid. The other two act as if OTA bugged them out of nowhere and unwarranted.

yeah, i can understand her grief even though she is so obviously misplacing the blame. rene literally turned oliver in to the fbi. the questioning of rene, curtis, and dinah’s loyalty didn’t come out of thin air. so, i think the OTA distrust was a bit warranted. at this point NTA needs to pack up their egos and reconcile, like OTA tried to do. forgiveness is just as important a virtue as trust.

i mean she was reticent since the beginning of getting serious with oliver and idk i feel bad for oliver and idks how i feel about it??? i kinda want oliver to take time apart from felicity? idk

i don’t perceive it as reticence. she’s scared that if she goes all in like she did before, things are going to go terribly again and ruin what they have. that makes sense. they don’t have a great track record as far as relationship milestones go. but she’s not clearly communicating any of this to oliver. she’s just saying she doesn’t want to get married because what they have is good. it essentially sounds like ‘why do we need to put a label on it?’ when that’s not it at all. she wants it, but she’s scared.

Ahh it makes me so excited to see you a little more active on this blog!! Any chance you might dabble in anymore fics? ;) (no pressure tho!)

I slowly crept back into the tumblr-sphere over the summer and got back into Arrow once I caught up and saw Oliver and Felicity were getting back together. 

I can’t promise anything on the fanfic front because I am currently enrolled in a vigorous graduate school program that consumes every waking - and sometimes sleeping - moment of my life. But we’ll see if I get ~inspired~ during the season. I was working on an original piece of fiction for awhile but that has taken a back seat to my studies.

TLDR; Happy to be back in some capacity and no promises on the fics :)
