that's *meant* to be Delgado but most of the Master illustrations in the annuals look TERRIBLE because they didn't have permission to use Delgado or Ainley's likenesses
i assume they didn’t have permission for any likenesses, tbh, because the annuals entirely have me wheezing in delighted horror every time
they DO capture Pertwee’s dandy-esque lean though, i’ll give them that
