Ok, for those that may be winos like me I have to sing the praises of this company. Bright Cellars has the absolute best customer service I have ever come across in my 44 years of life. I ordered a case of wine and I got this email. I told them one time over the phone that I wasn’t fond of moscato. They make mistakes but every single time I have pointed out the mistake they go over the top to make everything good. This time I didn’t even have to point it out. If you are looking for a wine club ever I highly recommend them for the service alone. The wine is really good too! 😂🍷
