Brightfreckle, like her name is a very Bright cat. Constantly thinking up witty things to say and always there to joke and laugh with her cheeky grin. The Leadership and relationship duo of Brightfreckle and Sharpstar naturally foil each other, but they love each other so dearly and work together well. The two adopted two kits whose loner mother died of old age. The family was very happy despite having to work through some things, but lately she’s been having some trouble with Shiveringshade. She’s very close with her introverted and pessimistic brother Currantcry, Brightfreckle being the main reason Currantcry wasn’t punished worse when he had Half-clan kits.

Lately she's been worried for Sharpstar who despite being the same age as her seems to be declining much faster than her. She hopes if she retires in a few moons Sharpstar will do the same and join her in the elders den.
