http://artists.pixelovely.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing/ do a couple of those every day or every week, but make it a habit to gesture often (also look at how other people gesture if you get stuck)

also look around the internet for art tips and tutorials often, like new ideas and strategies are uploaded every day so keep an eye out. Also find artists you like a lot and study them/how they draw. Attend streams and workshops bc honestly I think you can learn more from things like that than in a class
