Kooks -Brighton’s boho bistro
Perfectly situated just over the road from our Bond Street store in Brighton is Kooks, a boho bistro, right in the heart of the Laine.
Owned by Brighton based DJ/Producer and digital advertising creative Tim Healey and his wife Rebecca, Kooks offers a relaxed and cosy atmosphere with some of the best food that Gardner Street has to offer.
Kooks is frequented by many of us at Gresham Blake, for both ad hoc lunches and after work drinks. Take it from us, the sweet potato fries are amazing and they make a particularly great expresso martini.
Well worth a visit!
