Brigitte’s been ready for Halloween since early September
Gradually growing amounts of Halloween decor around the house, starting with a small item or two and ending with said home looking like the cozy version of a haunted house
Little bowls of candy everywhere around the house
She exercises more frequently around these times of the year for the specific reason of more food
Has been running costume ideas by you for literal months

She has something similar to a shrine of cutouts and print-offs of costume ideas she’s seen and likes
If you have any pets, they’re also getting costumes
One of Brigitte’s favorite parts is making the costumes by hand
If you’re not interested in doing so, that’s fine; she’ll just make yours too
Going out on Halloween isn’t actually that exciting to her unless it’s to Trick-or-Treat around the compound
Otherwise she actually just really enjoys the atmosphere of Halloween
She much prefers to sit home and snuggle, watching cheesy Halloween movies/specials and greeting the Trick-or-Treaters of all ages
She loves seeing Trick-or-Treaters and complimenting their costumes
She also never discriminates the ages of said visitors
You’re eighteen and out getting candy? Enjoy.
Only one year younger than her and still rocking the Trick-or-Treat? Get it.
You’re literally twice her age and just having fun with your graying-haired spouse? You get candy too.
She’s the hero we want, but is she the hero we deserve?
