Anyway heres day 5: stars!
Sketch and lineart was digital then I printed it.
Day 3: The Guv:
Wasn't sure what to do for this one for a hot second considering Gene isn't exactly my area of expertise, so I decided to go meta: its Young Gene (Mason Keane) being Bollocked by The Guv- (Phillip Glenister)- because I just know he would absolutely rip the shit out of his younger self.

DAY 6 GENDERBENT (only 20 minutes late!!!)
I took a bit of a different approach than traditionally.... I've drawn her before and she lives in my brian rent-free, but this is my first time introducing Charlotte Skelton on the blog a.k.a transfem!Chris. Of course I can't take credit for coming up with the concept or even her name, but I just fell in love with her you guys.
She's all done up for a CID Girl's night out with Alex and Shazzer, but she's feeling a bit nervous, so make sure to tell her she's beautiful
Day 2: who did you think I was gonna draw then?
I can't in a single post express how much this div means to me, but I wanted to make this one slightly more special- especially considering quite how many times I've drawn him. So here he is- twice- in a high angle shot (goddamnit). Chris Skelton you big (small) beautiful Man.
Day 9: Quattro!!!! (We're getting there!)
In late 83 when Shaz becomes DC (finale, what finale?) It turns out theres a bit if a problem with the whole set-up
Bit of a different one, much more cartoony and much less refined. I feel like the limited colour palette afforded by the brush pens gives it an old comic book feel.
