My Rendition of Coco from Witch Hat Atelier, art study of Volume I cover!

This is a repost of the drawing because the first time I posted it was in a reblog of a previous post, and even though I tagged it again when I reblogged it, that reblog post for some reason is hidden inside the original blog post (😵‍💫) on the tags page of tumblr. So, again, here she is in all her glory, my Coco drawing! First Volume Cover Ver. ! :) I like it so much!

I really underestimated how many lines went into crosshatching and regular hatching on this kind of drawing. I mean, I didn't understand. I had to feel it. Like an egg, as an artist, I'm *hatching*. Hahaha. Get it. Anyway, thanks for reading, enjoying, liking, reblogging, etc.! See you again next week for Episode 4. In the meanwhile I'll keep reblogging other things and drawing funny sketches to upload. I am running out of room, though. Maybe I can get a new sketchbook. I wonder how often professional artists get new sketchbooks? Maybe I can ask Kamome Shirahama-san. I'll add it to the list of possible questions to ask in my letter to her someday soon. Toodles!
