Annie Edison from Community because she’s serious and tries to be smart but she’s also quick to join the ‘let’s do something weird’ bandwagon and ‘awws’ at stuff a lot. 3. Lots of okay friends or a few good friends? A few really great friends. 4. Favorite thing about yourself? Feature or trait? A feature then would be my eyes, trait would be my ability to easy entertain myself (I know, those both sound incredibly weird, don’t hate). 5. If you could have any animal in the world as a pet (mythical or real), what would it be? Hm. An elephant. They’re cute, clever, have extremely long and strong memories, protective, and take place in mourning rituals. I love them to pieces. I have the acreage for it too, haha. 6. Favorite hobby? Painting. 7. Are you still friends with anyone you once called your best friend? In real life? No, but I don’t really regret that - during the 3 different times that happened, it was because we grew apart, became different people; it was inevitable. But I do have online best friends :) 8. Overall, are you happy with your life? Yes. 9. What do you want to major in? Major in business management, then go to law school. 10. Favorite holiday? That’s tough. I really like the 4th of July because it’s patriotic, it really means something and isn’t about getting candy or presents. 11. I don’t watch a lot of shows lately, the only one still keeping my attention is ‘Supernatural’. It does fall into the weird category. I mean, two brothers that save people hunt things, because it’s the family business? …. yeah… Back when I was watching it, there was also ‘Heroes’, ‘Dead like Me’, ‘Dark Angel’, and ’ Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ among others. 2. What do you think of IGAB and the album? I said i would ask you about your opinion : )

I think I've had enough time with the album now. :D

Shall we go down the list? 

1. IGAB- It's something new, fresh, and totally unexpected. I'd like to think of IGAB as a piece from a broadway musical? (if that makes sense lol). I admit the flow seems disjointed from the first few listens but it all makes sense after you've read the lyrics and appreciate the concept they aimed for. IGAB is a great addition to this never ending story about this "one guy" they're always talking about since Gee/RDR.  I admire the choreography and there are so many parts where all the feels explode, like when they "break it down" ugh...The video was great but it's too bad we'll never know who the Boy is! I was hoping for a full on drama ver followed by a dance ver but I don't think a drama ver would've suited this song. Overall, I think IGAB is a great song. I likd it more than "The Boys" and it's a song whose lyrics need to be understood to fully appreciate it. The lines at the end (Fany aegyo) remind me of Shinee's "Replay" but in IGAB they start talking about a dongsaeng? I'm glad the line distribution is much more equal now because of the rapping. But it came at the expense of my bb Sica's lines...

2. Dancing Queen- I kinda used to like the original version (by Duffy) because I thought it was a clever concept at the time when it was released but when SoShi did their own thing, I fell in love with the song. I like how they kept the "Yeaahhh Yeahhhh~", the chorus, and the structure of the song intact from the original song. The dance matched the feeling of the song perfectly, I can't believe I was looking at a 4 year younger SNSD!!! However every time I listen to this song, I keep asking myself the question, "What would've happened if they released this instead of Gee?". A question that will never be solved. imo Gee is a better song.

3. Baby Maybe- I think it's a very light hearted pop song. I find it uplifting and poppy lol it's a song that makes you bob your head or tap your feet. I had a big grin across my face the whole time when I first listened to it. ^^ I love how we revisit the days of their First Love Story. This song reminds me of their former(?) innocent and pure phases. I was feeling it when Taeyeon said put your hands up, so I did. lol

4. Talk Talk- Can I start off by saying how much better this song sounds in Korean? I don't want to come off as biased or anything but the flow of the lyrics feel sooo much better because of the "Talk talk..." lines which then lead into Sica's "Talk about its". At first listen, I got the vibe that it was going to be a dark song but the mood shifts dramatically at the chorus. I think that's a unique trait of this song, the change from dark to light. The lyrics remind me of "The Boys", basically telling a girl to bring the boys out. lol

5. Promise- Take out your lighters and wave them side to side for this song because it's gonna hit the feels. :( This song reminds me of a popular ballad back in the '80s idk why. It's a great ballad and the "What about us?..." line hits me. The rough translation confused me. I thought it was about a relationship that's going down like really really down because of an empty Promise but it's about a girl who is grateful for her man? Yeah. My fav part was when all of the girls sang the ending, "Promise to you, oooooohh~"

6. Express 999- I absolutely adore this song. It's so catchy! The beginning of the song and each verse reminded me of BoA's early work and then as it speeds up, I'm reminded of "Telepathy". I really like the tempo change, it just screams "Happy!". But the lyrics say otherwise, it's confusing as well. A girl who isn't happy but wants to go a step further (wink wink) with her partner? Uh-oh. I don't even wanna know how that will turn out ;P

7. Lost In Love: I'm not a TaeNy shipper because TaengSic is what I am lol but this song is flawless! I think it's the best ballad since "Mistake" came out. This song has to be in an OST for all dramas to come in 2013 haha. It's a song that made me go, "I need to learn this ASAP!" Taeyeon and Fany's voices on one duet track is bliss. I wished they could've sang the bridge together but since it is a break up song, no one is doing anything together lol. The title and the meaning of the song pretty much sum up what TaengSic is all about. sigh.

8. Look At Me- I was like, "Oh Sh!t Taeyeon and Jessica are gonna drop them bars!" then it becomes a very fast pop song ha! But OMG Sica's rapping! ugh. So cute! I'd imagine there would be a sexshi dance break at the instrumental part. Another catchy song especially at the, "You Look at me..." part.

9. XYZ- Another song that sums up TaengSic haha. I don't have much to say about this song...the lyrics are like RDR's. Probably, one of my least favorite songs from the album. I love Tae's, Seobb's, and Sica's "Give it ups!".

10. Romantic St.- This song is beautiful. It is a wonderful love song. It gives the vibe that the girls are in love with their special someone. The live performance was stunning and their voices are amazing. I swear I fell in love with the girls again. I have a big weak spot for their ballads. Everyone got a chance to sing and sing well but Sica takes my prize lol.

Overall, this was a great album. I can confidently say there was a lot more consistency compared to the third album. I Got a Boy was a big risk but every other song seemed a bit conservative. There's nothing wrong with that, but I was hoping for another track that had the same fierceness and swag. I'm definitely gonna have this album on repeat for a good month or two!
