Months had passed since the invasion of Vale. Weiss' father came to pick her daughter up without wanting to hear any rebuttal from his daughter. He had to ensure the heiress was safe, lest the family line ended with him. He also had to cover the Schnee Dust Company's tracks in this whole ordeal, which meant Weiss couldn't be there anymore.
Weiss was crushed. She was forced to attend school in Atlas now with a brand new uniform and everything. But it just wasn't the same. She missed Team RWBY: the first people to actually treat Weiss like a friend and a person. The heiress wept her first few weeks back. The pain was unbearable. Unfortunately, that also left a few fresh new marks on her wrists as well. After finally obtaining joy and happiness in her life, it was snatched away from her, sending her back to this miserable life again.
The heiress placed a hand on the full body mirror in her room. It was her only companion as a child. Unfortunately, her only companion was just her reflection. Her heart ached, looking down from her reflection and going out to the balcony to stare up at the crumbling moon. It was funny how the moon was probably more stable than Weiss' state of mind at this point. There wasn't a day where she didn't think of her old team. What Weiss wouldn't give to see Ruby's smile, or have coffee with Blake, or even hear one of Yang's terrible puns again...
