Our theory is that KOBIK pulled a different Steve out of another reality when we got young Steve again.

Would that bypass Spencer saying “this isn’t a clone?”

Technically if he’s from another reality, he’s actually Steve right? Like how Ultimate Steve (before they destroyed that universe T_T) was just as real and valid as MCU Steve?

You’re totally fine, I promise. The fandom itself started to get pretty toxic for me while the last few episodes of 5a were airing. A lot of people were just being flat-out rude to each other, on here and on Twitter, especially after the Scott/Stiles argument scene that sent everyone into a shit-fit after it aired, and all the arguing and petty bullshit started to wear on me really badly. It’s pretty much the same things that lead to me leaving the Supernatural fandom a long time ago. 

After a couple days I realized I felt no desire to really try to make my way back to even the safe spaces I know I have, and instead I kind of abandoned it entirely. I haven’t read fic since the finale, I run a queue of stuff so that this blog at least stays active, and I feel bad for not updating here, but I came to make friends and it just seems like all I got in the end was a blog that took too much of my time to run and an endless amount of stress.

And, partially, it seems that no matter how much time I put into this blog (which, let’s face it, is a lot), it just doesn’t seem worth it some days. I work really hard to keep this a safe space for people who just want to ship their ships and have fun, but it never seems to work. No one gets involved. You’re the first person to actually ask me why I needed this hiatus.

All in all, most days I feel like I just don’t have a place in this fandom, and I’m not at all sure that bothers me as much as it probably should. Fandom is supposed to be fun, but it’s really not anymore.

omg that sounded so bad. this is why I shouldn't try to talk to people while on my phone or try to convey complex tone in text. See my reblog but what I meant was this stuff might work and I am trying to also acknowledge that it's really sketchy.

aw hey no problem, my misread! I just read like a stock phrase and it sounded kinda bot-like and was like not today satan. thanks for the suggestion though, these cats are driving me nuts.

I don’t doubt you mean well, friend, but the fact you direct me to something that’s a product shilling website and your language choice (I was skeptical but yet another positive anecdote, really?) leads me to believe you’re probably sponsored by these people.
