These Quick Brioche Waffles are a delightful twist on traditional waffles. The addition of brioche bread in the batter gives them a rich, buttery flavor and a hint of sweetness. They are perfect for a special breakfast or brunch treat.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 3 large eggs. 1 1/4 cups milk. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay. Lightly grease the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of melted butter. Pour enough batter onto the waffle iron to cover the waffle grid. Close the iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are golden brown and crisp. Carefully remove the waffles from the iron and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
